SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING
We aim to have your orders dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. We process and pack orders every day, but being a small independent label that is working on 2 fronts, in store and online, some days are busier than others. Please bear with us. 

If you are ordering something as a gift or a present, please feel free to contact us or add a note to your order and we will do our best to make sure you have it in time.

Please note. All Archive tshirts are made to order, these take a little more time to process and pack but we aim to get these out in the post within a week.


DELIVERY TIME

All our UK post is sent via Royal Mail Tracked. We charge a flat rate of £3.50 on all orders under £50, then FREE DELIVERY on orders over £50. You will receive an email letting you know your item has been dispatched, it will also include your Royal Mail tracking number. 

EU - AIR MAIL TRACKED
All overseas post is processed by Royal Mail Tracked. We charge a flat rate of £10.00 on all orders under £80, then FREE DELIVERY on orders over £80. We do not control the VAT or additional custom duties. We have found no pattern to this as some EU countries charge and some do not.

You will receive an email letting you know your item has been dispatched, it will also include your Royal Mail tracking number that you can use with your countries postal service.

INTERNATIONAL - AIR MAIL TRACKED
All overseas post is processed by Royal Mail Tracked. We charge a flat rate of £10.00 on all orders under £80, then FREE DELIVERY on orders over £80. We do not control the VAT or additional custom duties.

You will receive an email letting you know your item has been dispatched, it will also include your Royal Mail tracking number that you can use with your countries postal service.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please email hello@socialrecluse.co.uk for a returns form. All returns must not be worn or used or washed. Please return your item either by courier or by Royal Mail Tracked. We are not responsible for returns getting lost. Once your item arrives back with us, we will process your refund less shipping costs or post our your replacement. You will receive and email letting you know your refund has been processed.

We cannot return anything bespoke eg prints.
